Paste your whole `~/.config/kwinrc` (every `[Tiling]` layout becomes a monitor entry), a single `[Tiling]` section, or a raw `tiles=` JSON value (imports into the selected monitor). Or pick the file:

If a kwinrc was imported, this is the full file with the `[Tiling]` sections updated — save it over `~/.config/kwinrc` (back it up first, and only while KWin is not running). Otherwise it is one `[Tiling]` block per monitor.
Reload the config: KWin reads tiles only at startup, so restart it after saving — on Wayland log out & back in; on X11 run kwin_x11 --replace &. A plain qdbus6 org.kde.KWin /KWin reconfigure does not reload tile layouts.
